The documents were obtained through a Freedom of Information/Privacy Acts (FOIPA) request by John R. Greenewald Jr. and are now available on The Black Vault's website. The FBI has completed its review of records responsive to Mr. Greenewald's request and has released 17 pages of documents, out of a total of 160 pages reviewed. The remaining pages were withheld in their entirety due to various exemptions, as outlined in the Explanation of Exemptions document. The enclosed documents were reviewed under the FOIPA, Title 5, United States Code, Section 552/552a.
