Panzenhagen MAXWELL AIR FORCE BASE, ALABAMA May 1988 This document, Psychic Warfare: Exploring the Mind Frontier, is a Master's Thesis submitted to the Air War College by Lieutenant Colonel Dolan McKelvy in May 1988.
