Include in the appeal your reasons for reconsideration and attach a copy of this letter. Address your letter to: Secretary of the Air Force, through: Forty‑two C‑S/SCOK (FOIA/PA), Fifty LeMay Plaza South, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama, three six one one two‑six three three four.
