Panzenhagen MAXWELL AIR FORCE BASE, ALABAMA May 1988 This document, Psychic Warfare: Exploring the Mind Frontier, is a Master's Thesis submitted to the Air War College by Lieutenant Colonel Dolan McKelvy in May 1988. The document was released to the public in 2020. The document begins with an abstract, which states that "Man's greatest potential remains a prisoner of man. Vast untapped mental capabilities create an entirely new battlefield dimension which, if ignored, pose a threat to self and country more serious than nuclear weapons."
