Y. At the time of the contact PETERYMAGADDINO, President of the Magaddino Memorial Chapel, was Oresent handling funeral arrangements. On 11/9/62, PETER MAGADDINO made several attempts to contact VINCE A, SCRO. During the period 11/10/62 through 11/12/62, BU.280-C reported no pertinent information. On 11/13/62, informant advised that a man he believes to be JOHN CAMMILLERI of Buffalo visited PETE MAGADDINO in Niagara Falls. CAMMILLERI commented that when (PH) was going to give him all of his construction work in Rochester, and a road job in Ithaca, CAMMILLERI stated he should be straightened out with the Government by next spring when the work starts. He owes - $900.00 or more and will send a check in on either 11/15/62 or 11/16/62. CAMMILLERI explained to PETE MAGADDINO his ma troubles in cashing checks and paying off overdue loans. On 11/14/62, a man known as PETE MAGADDINO, b7C On 11/15/62, an advertising salesman went to the Magaddino Memorial Chapel and sold match books with employees' names printed on them. One employee identified himself as "NINO" spelled "ANTONIO" Aiagabprno, and later that day STEVE MAGADDINO arrived and indicated to PETE MAGADDINO that he was "going the Friday, the day after…
