The document, a secret cable designated 667, dated October twenty-eighth, nineteen-fifty-four, from CINCPAC to MAAG Formosa, states: MG 9913. G2 MIND. REPT. one. On twenty-eighth October, two MIG-15s flew from Hangchow to the New Ch' Hsien, twenty-eight degrees, fifty-five minutes North; one hundred twenty-one degrees, fifty minutes East. On twenty-seventh October, CAF made recon of Chul Hsien and found ten MIG-15s there. It is believed these are of the Twelfth Air Division, which is equipped with this type MIG-15, and which has been located at Hangchow and Ningpo. A recently returned intel agent reported small CHICOMS junks loaded with ten naval mines each, at Chushan pier, at twenty-nine degrees, fifty-seven minutes North; one hundred twenty-two degrees, five minutes East.
