Handle Via TALENT-KEYHOLE Control Only. Warning. This document contains by [redacted] information affecting the national security of the United States within the meaning of the Espionage Code, Title Eighteen, Sections seven-ninety-three and seven-ninety-four. The [redacted] United States are especially indoctrinated and authorized to receive TALENT-KEYHOLE information. Its security must [redacted] maintained in accordance with KEYHOLE [redacted] regulations. National Photographic Interpretation Center. Top Secret Ruff. Handle Via TALENT-KEYHOLE Control System Only. Shuang-cheng-tzu Missile Test Center, China. This photographic interpretation report is prepared in response to requirement N-S-A / P-O-four-three-two-R-sixty-nine-sixty-four and presents an analysis of the Shuang-cheng-tzu Missile Test Center. These missions provided partial photographic coverage of the Shuang-cheng-tzu [redacted] Missile Test Center (Figure one) on three different [redacted] Activity could be noted on pad A-one, S-S-M Launch Area A (Figure two). [redacted] A detailed readout of this activity is limited by small scale of the photography. At least six vehicles [redacted] pieces of equipment are visible on the pad, in addition to a large dark object or objects in the center of the pad. The arrangement of vehicles [redacted] pieces of equipment on the pad is very similar to that during the possible exercise observed on the same pad in [redacted]. [redacted] Vehicles [redacted] pieces of equipment were visible on the possible balloon launch platform in Meteorological Station Number one, adjacent to the S-S-M Housing and Support Area, on both [redacted] and [redacted]. Some changes can be noted in the S-A-M Launch Facilities (Figure four). Probable guidance radars are visible in the central guidance revetments in both launch sites. Two additional [redacted] B, making a total of three launch points that are revetted. Unidentified pieces of equipment are visible in the revetted hold area just west of Launch Site A. A new one-hundred-forty- by forty-five-foot two-story barracks building has been added to the S-A-M Housing Area since [redacted]. The S-S-M–S-A-M Assembly and Checkout Complex (Figure five) had activity present on [redacted] with railroad cars visible extending from the large drive-through buildings in the S-S-M Assembly and Checkout…
