No significant Soviet military reaction to the crisis has been reported during the past twenty-four hours. D. U-S Deployments. One. The Destroyer Patrol in the Gulf of Tonkin has ended. Two. The aircraft, naval, and marine units scheduled to be in position by eight August have all arrived on station.
