In addition to his courtesy call on me and Mr. Green, Yeh will discuss the mainland situation with Messrs. Krelsberg and Gleysteen here in the Department. General Yeh will be accompanied by an aide, Mr. Chin Chan‑hua, and Major General S. K. Hu, head of the Republic of China Military Procurement Mission here, who will interpret. 3. I am attaching a brief biographic sketch of General Yeh and the guest list.
