From "When Death Comes," by Mary Oliver "When it's over, I want to say: all my life I was a bride married to amazement. I was the bridegroom, taking the world into my arms. When it's over, I don't want to wonder if I have made of my life something particular, and real. I don't want to find myself sighing and frightened, or full of argument. I don't want to end up simply having visited this world."
Wednesday:
While I really miss waking up to light in the mornings, it feels magical to see the sky turn from dark grey to light grey to palest pink, and then blue.
I opened the big bag of sweaters we packed away in June, and inside I found one that I love and had forgotten all about. Wearing it today felt so cozy.
Ted Lasso Season 4 was outstanding. More please.
Now you? Tell me 3 good things?
