Hey, it’s John.
Look what you did.
Nine months ago, Raw America didn’t exist. Today we’re one of the fastest-growing publications on Substack. More than 270,000 readers. 1.6 million new followers on Facebook this year alone. A reporter inside the White House press room and a correspondent on Capitol Hill. We rattled the Trump White House so badly they threw our reporter out of the building.
Not a billionaire. Not a corporate sponsor. You. You built this.
So I’m going to ask you for one more thing, and I’m going to ask big.
We’re going for 10,000 paying subscribers by Election Day.
We’re at 8,689 right now. We need 1,311 more. And to get there, we’re doing something big: an annual subscription is 20% off, starting today, and it stays 20% off until we hit 10,000.

That’s 17 cents a day. Seventeen cents to fund the only kind of newsroom that can’t be bought.
Here’s why I’m asking now. Election Day is 24 days away. The Senate is in play. ICE just closed out its deadliest year on record. David Ellison owns CNN as of last week. The next three and a half weeks are the sprint, and we are going to sprint like hell.
At 10,000, we keep every reporter on the story through November 3 and beyond. We keep Brian Karem in the White House, Luke De Cresce on the Hill, Thom Hartmann in your inbox every week. We keep every live interview and every Sunday Wrapup. And we do it without taking a dime from anyone who’d want a say in what we print.
Now the part I need you to hear. This deal is tied to the goal, not the calendar. The moment we hit 10,000, the price goes back up.
If we get there October 20, it’s gone October 20. The offer closes on Election Day no matter what.
If you’ve been reading for free and waiting for the right moment, this is it. This is the moment.
1,311 to go. Be one of the 1,311 — and help us hit 10,000 paying subscribers.

P.S. Already a paying subscriber? Thank you. You’re why there’s a number to chase. Forward this to one person who should be reading us. That’s how we hit 10,000.
