i know it’s late… 10:43pm where i am as i type this but
i have to try and get this one out to you while it’s fresh in my mind..
there is a kind of woman you notice without knowing why…
she isn’t the loudest in the room…..
she isn’t chasing anyone.
she isn’t performing her worth or explaining her softness. and still, the right people find her. they always seem to find her.
it isn’t luck.
it isn’t beauty.
it’s her damn frequency.
some women are tuned so clearly to what they deserve that love can hear them from across a crowded life. and the good news is, nobody is born that way. it’s built. ….quietly…... one habit at a time.
here are nine of them…. PLEASE come back to this whenever you need a reminder…
1. she clears before she fills.
she doesn’t rush the next person into the space the last one broke. she sits in the empty room long enough to sweep it. she knows new love can’t grow in old dust.
2. she knows her worth before anyone else has to confirm it.
she doesn’t wait for a text to decide if she’s valuable today. her worth was settled long before he arrived, and it will still be settled after he’s gone.
3. her standards are written, not wished.
she knows exactly what she’s done accepting. she can say it out loud without apologizing. and because she’s clear, the wrong men get confused and leave on their own.
4. she protects her energy like it costs something.
because it does. she notices who drains her and who restores her, and she stops calling the drain “complicated.”
5. she is present in her own life.
she isn’t waiting for love to start living. she has mornings she enjoys, rituals she keeps, a life that feels like hers. love doesn’t rescue her. it joins her.
6. she sees clearly, early.
she doesn’t ignore the first red flag hoping the second one won’t come. she believes people the first time. discernment isn’t coldness. it’s self-respect with its eyes open.
7. she uses her voice.
she says what she needs. she doesn’t shrink it into a hint and hope he figures it out. the woman love can’t miss is the woman who stopped whispering.
8. she is patient without being passive.
she isn’t settling for almost because she’s afraid of alone. she can wait for the real thing because she’s busy becoming someone worth the wait.
9. she stays open.
this is the hardest one. after everything, she still lets her heart breathe. not naive. not guarded to the point of stone. just open enough for the right one to get in.
read that list again.
clearing. worth. standards. energy. presence. discernment. voice. patience. openness.
if some of those felt like a mirror and some felt like a wound, that’s okay. that’s not failure. that’s just where your signal sits right now.
i built something for this exact place.
frequency: the year you became her is a 365-day journal that treats a year like a dial. twelve frequencies, one each month, moving you from static to clear. every day i give you a line and a short passage, then hand the pen back to you. you reflect. you make one small vow. and slowly, the woman in this list stops being someone you admire and starts being someone you are.
inside, you’ll write a sealed letter to the love that hasn’t arrived yet, and you’ll open it again in december. you’ll sign a standards contract with yourself. you’ll track your own signal as it rises, week by week.
you were never unlovable. you were just tuned to the wrong frequency.
let’s change the station.
