About that thing on your to-do list...
Let’s call it what it is. ” It’s not strategy. It’s stalling. If you’ve been revisiting the same decision for weeks, you already know the answer. You’re just not pulling the trigger.

Let’s call it what it is.
Indecision isn’t “being thoughtful.” It’s not strategy.
This week’s article from Chief Results Officer Blaine Oelkers puts a spotlight on a pattern we see all the time: the people who actually win decide fast, back themselves, and let the outcome teach them something. Everyone else overthinks, second-guesses, and somehow ends the week exhausted with nothing to show for it.
Here’s the simple rule of thumb:
Decide quicker than your doubt shows up
Use facts and your gut (ignoring either is how dumb decisions happen)
Stop reopening the decision every time it gets uncomfortable
Take one immediate step so it stops living in your head rent-free
(And no, flipping a coin doesn’t count. Stop outsourcing responsibility because you don’t trust yourself.)
If you’ve been dodging:
A hire that would give you your time back
A pricing move you know you should’ve made already
Cutting something from your day that adds stress and zero upside

Decide. Learn. Adjust.
Sitting still is the only guaranteed losing move.
