Look at this Instagram account charles.robinson62.
It is now at around 725K followers, with more than 186M visible Reel views. One video alone has 95.9M views.

Then look at this one abu.shalab.
The account appears to have started around September 27. It is already at around 516K followers, with roughly 183M visible views. Its biggest Reel has 58.7M views.

That is 1.24 million followers and nearly 370 million views from two AI characters in about a week.
Neither man is real.
And this is not nuclear technology.
You can now create the character, keep the same face, put it into realistic videos, make it talk, build an Instagram/TikTok account around it, and even attach products or affiliate links to it.
The part that surprised me is how simple the actual workflow has become.
The trick is much simpler than the videos look
There are really only three things happening.
First, create one character people remember.
Second, keep putting that same character into interesting videos.
Third, once people start watching, attach something that makes money.
That is the whole business model.
Charles works because the idea is instantly funny: a dirty, poor-looking man suddenly living an absurd billionaire life.
Abu works for another reason. The haircut, moustache, white outfit and personality are so specific that you recognize him immediately.
So do not start by trying to create the most beautiful AI person possible.
