A new Associated Press poll out Thursday morning pegs Donald Trump’s approval rating at 31%. Yes, you read that right. 31%!
On his handling of the economy, 26% approve. Two thirds of the sample (65%) say Trump’s policies are primarily responsible for high prices in the country.
All of which led me to ask my friend whether this is, at long last, the beginning of the end of Donald Trump’s dominance of American politics.
I was hesitant to even ask the question given that lots (and lots) of political pundits have gone wrong over the years predicting Trump’s downfall. And ▶there’s only so many times you can be Charlie Brown, right?
But, the numbers are the numbers!
Matt and I went DEEP on that subject. It was a great conversation that I hope you take the time to watch or listen to.
