上一篇，我們從總體、產業、公司、財務一路談到法說會。但研究做得再漂亮，如果最後不知道多少錢可以買？買多少？如果錯了怎麼辦？今天大叔想談一些比較實戰的東西，請記住投資最後一定會走到四個問題： 所以大叔想把估值、部位管理、停損停利、回測與投資心態串在一起。成熟的投資系統，不只是會找股票，而是從研究 → 決策 → 執行 → 驗證 → 檢討，都有一套可以重複使用的方法。 剛開始學估值，很容易掉進一個坑：一定要算出這家公司到底值 183 美元，還是 187 美元。但市場沒有這麼精準。估值有價值的地方，不是算出唯一答案，而是： 沒有哪一種方法永遠最好。我自己比較喜歡的做法是交叉驗證。不同方法如果最後都落在差不多的區間，信心自然高一點；如果差很遠，反而代表你的假設值得重新檢查。 這點我想先講清楚。DCF 最大的問題是公式裡每一個數字都來自假設。營收成長率、利潤率、資本支出、WACC、Terminal Growth，只要其中幾個假設改變，估值結果就可能差很多。 DCF 的基本概念很簡單：把公司未來能產生的自由現金流，折算回今天值多少。 Terminal Value 常見寫法是：TV = FCF × (1+g) ÷ (WACC−g)跟以下 必須滿足 WACC > g，否則模型在數學上就不成立。 公式不難，難的是裡面的假設。只要營收成長、margin、WACC 或 terminal growth…

Several victims reported in Swiss shooting incident, police say
GENEVA - Several victims have been reported following a shooting in the early morning at an event in northern Switzerland, local police said on Aug 30.
