At a TIME100 Talks event in New York City on Sept. 21, chefs and food industry experts discussed the challenges our communities face in making food healthier, more accessible, and more joyful for everyone. Cecile Beliot-Zind, the CEO of Bel Group, which sponsored the event, said that her company believes “there is a model to make healthier and sustainable food for all possible,” but one of the issues facing the industry today is that people “keep on opposing instead of combining” ideas.

Later at Southwell, Shipbourne, a well-bred horse, will race under Rossa Ryan. After a couple of lackluster performances post-gelding, he’s looking to regain form. Londoner, fresh off a narrow loss at Wolverhampton, and Politely, who has two wins in her last four starts, will also be in the mix.
At Fontwell, Siam Park aims to find his stride again against recent winner Motazzen in the Setford Handicap Hurdle. Siam Park is coming off a wind surgery, while Motazzen will carry a four-pound penalty after his latest victory. Bright Legend, who has shown promise, could also be a contender if he returns to his previous form.
The day is packed with action across both tracks, with plenty of intriguing matchups and potential surprises.
