My brother in mindfulness , who has been writing and podcasting about mindfulness for approximately a thousand years (or at least since 2011), and I told him I would bully him into joining us for the next Office Hours, so we could talk about digital decluttering, what minimalism really is, and get some practical tips for people who are trying to clean up their act (me).
I’m trying to declutter my home and workspace because I’m really trying to declutter my mind, which feels a lot like an overloaded junk drawer right now. But as a person who loves things and trinkets and doo-dads, I was delighted to hear Anthony say that maximalist style and minimalism are not at odds (I love to hear what I want to hear).
