Florida voters, particularly Cuban-Americans, must be ** reeling at the response** Democrat Senate candidate Angie Nixon gave when asked if she considers Cuba a dictatorship:
“You know, that is what people have told me. I have never been to Cuba, and so I will have to take their word for it.”
We would add that people have told us that Antarctica is cold, but we’ve never been there, so we’ll have to take their word for it.
Attention, voters! In case you were thinking that the radical “Democratic” socialists were just a small part of the Democratic Party, ** let California Gov. Gavin Newsom assure you** that, no, they are the tail that’s wagging the dog. So vote wisely.

** Wired published an article** on some of the many Democrats who fled America after Trump’s reelection, assuming that they would be happier in Europe, with its leftist governance, tolerance for foreigners, social programs and “free” healthcare. Now, like Rosie O’Donnell and Ellen DeGeneres, they’re crawling back to the US, filled with regrets. Turns out the “dictator Trump” is a lot more tolerant of free speech than European leftists are, and “free” healthcare is very expensive, particularly when you’re paying the government for it and can’t even get it.
** The Supreme Court ruled** that New Hampshire does not have to accept student IDs as a valid form of voter ID in the upcoming election. The ruling came after a lower court judge blocked a new state law excluding student IDs and ordered the state to accept them. The SCOTUS didn’t rule on the merits of the case challenging the law, but found that the judge violated the Purcell Principle, which holds that judges shouldn’t issue such rulings too close to an election since it can cause voter confusion.
