Full Claude Code Guide
I have one very serious suggestion if Claude is already part of your daily work: Spend one evening with Claude Code. I know the name makes it sound like something made only for developers. Ignore the name for a minute.

I have one very serious suggestion if Claude is already part of your daily work:
Spend one evening with Claude Code.
I know the name makes it sound like something made only for developers. Ignore the name for a minute.
The interesting part is not the code.
The interesting part is that Claude finally gets a place to work.
Instead of sitting inside an empty chat waiting for you to paste things, it can sit inside a real folder, read what is already there, understand how everything connects, make changes, run tools, check the result, remember useful things and continue working with you.
Once that clicks, a normal AI chat starts to feel strangely limited.
Anthropic released Opus 5.5 on September 22, then Sonnet 5.5 on September 28.
Sonnet 5.5 is more than 30% faster than Sonnet 5 and Anthropic says it can cost up to 30% less per task. Opus 5.5 is the stronger model for harder, more open-ended work where judgment matters.
Put either of these models inside Claude Code and you are no longer simply asking AI to tell you how to do something.
You can give it the actual work.
Your files.
Your research.
Your app.
Your Obsidian vault.
Your scripts.
Your GitHub project.
Your documents.
Your recurring workflow.
And Claude can work through them directly.
That is the part worth learning.
Inside the full guide, I am going from the first install to the setup I would actually use: the right model, memory, Plan Mode, context, Skills, subagents, MCP, review, Hooks and finally automations you can leave running on their own.
The easiest way I can explain Claude Code is this:
