Guillermo has, as you’ll hear, a huge depth of knowledge about the region. He’s also an expert on the digital economy, public sector finances, international finance, financial integrity, and anti money-laundering policies. Guillermo brings us up to date on Latin America’s ongoing economic struggles, its growing economic dependency on China, the potential backfiring of US tariff and immigration policies, and the region’s ongoing failure to put increasingly sophisticated drug cartels out of business.
