There’s a line everyone’s jumped on from Richard Eden’s royal visit roundup in the Daily Mail today: that at some point in the past few days, when conversation at the White House turned to Prince Harry, President Trump asked a British visitor, “Can you take him back?”

The Mail diary editor doesn’t say who that British visitor was, but it’s clear the enmity between Donald Trump and the Prince of Montecito is real and not going away, which has to be something of a worry for Harry and Meghan as they plan their quasi-royal futures.

But there was even more meatier stuff to pick at in Eden’s piece, especially his observation that the “surprisingly political” views expressed by Charles in his triumphant speech to Congress—aruging for checks on executive power, defending NATO against Trump’s attacks, and begging for the free world to help Ukraine—were “closely aligned” with those expressed by Harry during his trip to Kyiv last week.

The reason? According to Eden, Harry and Charles received advice from the same source before their respective trips: British Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper.
