Want to learn more about virtual option for personalized 1:1 support with the MC360 Clinic? We can help!
We’ve heard back from a lot of you, and we’re so excited that the MCAS Stabilization Program is something you’re excited about too. We also know it comes with questions, so we’ve put together honest answers to the ones we hear most.
Already know this is right for you?
Otherwise, keep reading. We’ve tried to answer everything.
The MCAS Stabilization Program works best when you’re willing to make gradual changes across a few areas. It’s whole-body healing:
Nervous System Work– Daily nervous system exercises (20 minutes to a couple of hours, depending on your needs)Environmental Triggers– Updating product and home factors that may affect your health (skincare, water quality, air quality)Supplements– Trying recommended supplements and adjusting your current routine as needed. We know how to help you onboard them even when you’re sensitive, and how to troubleshoot challenges along the wayDiet– Making food changes that support your healingChange Tracking– Keeping a simple daily log of changes and how you’re feelingProgress Updates– Completing a brief report before each follow-up appointment
Don’t worry, this happens one step at a time. It’s not a zero-to-everything approach. We work together at a pace that feels manageable for you.
The program includes 4 appointments spread over roughly 6 to 7 months. The exact timeline depends on a few factors:
Scheduling availability– Both your calendar and your practitioner’s will affect spacing, while ensuring enough time between appointments to implement changes and complete testingYour body’s pace– Some people need more time to process changes, wait on test results, or let protocols take effect. We never want to rush your system. That’s exactly what causes setbacks with sensitive bodiesTesting turnaround– Functional test results can take 2 to 4 weeks (sometimes longer), so we schedule follow-ups strategically to make sure we have results to review with you
What matters most: you’re getting 4 comprehensive appointments with expert guidance, strategic testing, and ongoing support—whether that unfolds over 6 months, 7 months, or a bit longer. We’ll work at a pace that fits your life and supports your healing.
Then you’re in exactly the right place. You’re actually who this program is for.
**Most protocols fail sensitive individuals because they skip stabilization, jump straight into detox or other aggressive interventions, or just move too fast. **The Mast Cell 360® Method is designed by sensitive people, for sensitive people. The majority of our team lives with MCAS ourselves. We get it.
“I was diagnosed with MCAS several years ago but have been struggling with symptoms for over a decade. The support, understanding, encouragement, and resources Mast Cell 360 gives its clients are unparalleled. The greatest gift Mast Cell 360 gave me was showing me that I am not alone in my MCAS battle. I am beyond grateful for Mast Cell 360 and recommend it to anyone struggling with MCAS. You are not alone.” – Elizabeth, MC360 client
If past approaches haven’t worked, it’s often not because you’re too complicated. It’s because your body was pushed in ways and directions it wasn’t ready to handle. A slower, intentional, targeted approach often moves the needle where others can’t, without pushing you over the edge into feeling worse.
The MCAS Stabilization Program is $4,999, with a financing option available at checkout. This inclusive investment covers:
280 minutes of expert practitioner time (nearly 5 hours of dedicated guidance)
3 essential tests (valued at $1,100+)
Your personalized protocol using the proven MC360 Method
Ongoing support and adjustments throughout 6 to 7 months
Most clients have already spent thousands on supplements, appointments, and protocols that didn’t work. This program consolidates expert guidance, testing, and a proven framework into one clear path forward.
Yes, there’s a payment plan option available at checkout for this program. You can use Klarna at checkout to set up a monthly payment plan for as low as $300 per month.
We don’t offer refunds on this program.
When you enroll, you’re reserving dedicated time on our practitioners’ calendars for the next several months. Because our team has limited availability and we turn away other clients to hold your spot, we can’t offer refunds once you’ve committed.
We want you to feel confident in your decision. If you have questions or concerns about whether this program is right for you, reach out to our team at support@mastcell360.com before enrolling. We’re happy to help you figure out if this is the right fit.
This is common, and it’s not a dealbreaker. We work with you—and your tolerance—to build a plan that fits your body.
Often, when people struggle with supplements, it’s because there are hidden triggers or the introduction pace is too fast. We troubleshoot all of this, alongside foundational supports like nervous system work and removing environmental triggers.
No. While we do recommend supplements, medications, diet changes, and other supports to help manage symptoms along the way, the real progress comes from uncovering and addressing root causes.
If you’ve never approached healing this way, think of it as removing the reasons behind your symptoms—not just managing them. We go beyond band-aid approaches to let your body actually heal, often reducing or eliminating the need for daily management (yes, that can mean fewer diets, fewer supplements, fewer doctor appointments over time).
Probably not—but you’ll be well on your way, with a real foundation for healing and stabilization already in place.
Your healing timeline depends on many factors: your current health status, environmental exposures, how long you’ve been sick, and any foundational work you’ve already done. In general, healing from MCAS and Mold Toxicity takes anywhere from 6 months (easier cases) to 3+ years (complex cases, which is where most people fall). This program gives you the first, most important steps. These steps help you understand the process, avoid where people typically get stuck, and start in a way that works when so many other approaches have failed.
Clients like Jerry (above) often see meaningful, measurable changes—better sleep, less bloating, more food tolerance—well before the program is complete. You won’t have to wait until the very end to start feeling better; most people notice real improvements along the way.
We understand this journey can feel daunting. But time passes whether we’re working toward healing or not. So why not put that time and energy toward feeling better and getting your life back?
No worries. If you already have functional tests that overlap with the program, we’ll adjust accordingly. You’ll still get 3 tests included, based on your practitioner’s recommendations. If you have other labs, including standard bloodwork, you can simply upload them to your client portal for the practitioners to review.
Yes. As a consulting clinic, we don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe—our role is to guide you, make recommendations, and support complex MCAS cases. We are not meant to replace your regular doctor. Many of our recommendations don’t require prescriptions, but your local doctor is essential for:
Reviewing how our recommendations fit into your overall healthcare plan
Writing prescriptions or ordering labs, as needed
Providing acute or emergency care (we are not an emergency clinic)
No, we don’t diagnose or prescribe and you do not need a diagnosis to work with us. Having a diagnosis doesn’t change what helps.
Our clinic provides guidance and support for complex MCAS cases, individualized to you based on your symptoms, lab results, and health goals, going beyond symptoms to address the root causes behind them.
While we wish we could help everyone, we want to be upfront about who we’re not specialized to work with:

Yes, with some caveats around testing and appointment logistics depending on your location. Contact us at support@mastcell360.com for details specific to your situation.
We understand that committing to a program can feel like a big step. But we’ve seen clients make real progress, even after trying many other approaches that didn’t work.
You don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out. Many of our current clients felt just as unsure before they started.
If you’re ready to stop guessing and start working with a team who truly understands MCAS, this program is designed to give you a clear, supported path forward.
