Morning all. It’s a big day today - the last day of the last quarter of the 2026 election. Decisions will be made in the coming days based on these quarterly fundraising totals. Candidates who’ve raised a lot of money, and have strong polling, may see less ads, as the other side moves on. Those with who look more vulnerable may see the attacks on them increase, making it more likely they lose. So this is an important day, one of the most important of the entire election cycle.
I have a simple appeal today - spend two-thirds of whatever you have left to spend today. Leave the rest for opportunistic support - as the final battlefield clarifies - for mid-October.
I throw a lot of data at you each day. Let’s now look at two bits of data that remind us just how much 2026 has become a year of opportunity for us.
The generic ballot - will you vote Dem or GOP this November - has gotten officially into big wave territory in recent days. Here’s a selection of generic ballot polls over the last two weeks - all are in double digits, big wave territory.
Next, here are the recent polls showing our battleground Senate candidate ahead by 5 points or more, outside of margin of error. All real, credible polls:
Here is the list of battleground Senate polls showing a Republican ahead by 5 or more, outside margin of error:
………………..
It’s blank. For there are no polls showing a Republican ahead outside of margin of error in any battleground Senate race.
Yes, 2026 is a year of opportunity for us, and now we must seize it, together, everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
To get inspired watch a few of our recent candidate interviews with our remarkable field of candidates this cycle. I promise they will get you fired up, and ready to rumble!
