Hi there MC360 Community,
This week, we’re tackling a question we hear all the time: Can Mast Cell Activation Syndrome go away?
Sometimes it does. And even when it doesn’t go into complete remission, in the Mast Cell 360 clinic, we see people make significant, long-lasting improvements.
But if you’ve been working hard and still feel stuck, you’re not alone. It’s rarely a lack of effort. More often, it’s one of a handful of common roadblocks that can keep people stalled for years.
This week, we’re walking through those roadblocks and, just as importantly, what helps.
Want help figuring out where YOU are stuck? Our team is offering FREE Clarity Calls, but spots are limited through the end of the year.

Healing with MCAS can look like needing far fewer supplements and medications, eating a wider variety of foods, having fewer reactions, and feeling like yourself again.
The key factor we see, is addressing root causes rather than only managing symptoms. When you remove the reasons your mast cells are overreacting in the first place, you have less to manage and your body has room to heal.
Here are the five roadblocks we see most often in the clinic:
1. Dietary restriction spirals. Many people cut more and more foods hoping symptoms will calm down, until they’re eating just a few things. Diets are short-term supports. The goal is always to keep as many foods as possible, to swap instead of drop whenever you can, and working on building back tolerance.
2. Hidden triggers in supplements and medications. Fillers, dyes, and preservatives can be hiding in the very things you are taking to try and feel better. Reading the full ingredient list and introducing one new thing at a time can help you figure out what’s working and what’s not.
3. Too much, too fast. Mast cells are on high alert, so even a “normal” starting dose can be too much. Starting very low, going slow, and changing one thing at a time often leads to more progress, not less.
4. Environmental triggers you haven’t found yet. Mold, chemicals in cleaning and personal care products, and EMFs can quietly create a background burden that eats through your capacity, even when you’re doing everything else right. Mold is the most commonly missed one we see.
5. Detoxing out of order. Pushing detox before your mast cells are stable can backfire. In the clinic, our rule of thumb is: no bowel movements, no binder. And stabilization comes first.
Remember, you don’t have to tackle all five at once. Just pick one and start there.
