RonanRx went from $0 to $541K in eight weeks.
All of it word of mouth.
Five people
50% growth week over week
a pharmacy licensed in 33 states that did not exist ten weeks earlier
What they do? Drug companies work by manufacturing millions of identical units and pushing them out through wholesalers, pharmacies and insurers, each taking a cut on the way through. That is why any drug reaches you in a * fixed doses at the price it does*.
→ RonanRx makes one vial at a time, and it owns every step of the way there. A doctor sets a dose for your body, RonanRx manufactures that exact vial in its own pharmacy, and it arrives at your door in two days. The consultation, the prescription, the factory and the delivery all sit inside one company!
🔎 Below is the full teardown: the regulatory trap that created the opening, the ten weeks of licensing, the five platforms they own, the loop that turns one patient into a practice, the unit economics, the two founders and the three things that have to stay true + the Full Pitch Deck!
