Lows this morning ranged from 39-47. It was the coolest morning at Greater Lafayette since mid-May.

Over the state lows ranged from 38-55 with the coldest reading of 38 being in the Brown County Hills at the Cherry Hill Airport. The warmest was the 55 at Mt. Vernon.
Big storm continues to hit the Northeast, but it is weakening off of the coast of New Jersey. This was a hybrid storm with both tropical & non-tropical characteristics, so I would really consider this a subtropical storm. It has brought moderate to major coastal flooding, flooding rainfall, wind damage & gusts as high as 70 mph with sustained winds of 45-50 mph.

Category 3-4 hurricane will race inland & still be a Tropical Storms to nearly El Paso before weakening to depression.

First things, first, however…………the weather is very nice today & Monday (& now even Tuesday & Wednesday).
