LUTHMANN NOTE: The Hajis like to throw bombs, and they don’t like Queen Joette and her ilk much either. Paul Boyne did them one better as far as written munitions go with his latest letter to Richard Cullen, former U.S. Attorney, former Virginia A.G., and former Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin’s counselor, who recommended the discretionary extradition of Boyne to the Nutmeg State to face the wrath of what he calls the “Hebrew Hammer.” But Boyne isn’t joining the Red-Green Alliance just yet. Cullen now hangs his shingle at Torridon Law, a Beltway SWAMP FACTORY, where he greases the political machinery of government along with former Attorney General Bill Barr and former Secretary of State and CIA Director Mike Pompeo. Boyne wants Cullen and company to fix the constitutional injury, laying down a clear challenge: correct this or else be forever known as Spineless Beltway Hacks!
Richard Cullen and his cronies are HACKS. Cullen has been a United States attorney, Virginia’s attorney general, and Governor Glenn Youngkin’s counselor. He knows the weight of a legal opinion that helps put a man in another state’s custody. Paul Boyne’s October 13 letter lays the charge at his door: Cullen approved Boyne’s rendition while failing to confront the First Amendment objections to a prosecution built around Boyne’s publications. Virginia’s nonfugitive rendition statute gave Youngkin discretion. The governor had a choice, and the constitutional stakes demanded independent judgment from his counsel. That is the responsibility Boyne says Cullen abandoned, and it is the constitutional abdication this letter calls to account. Government cannot answer a First Amendment objection simply by attaching the word “stalking” to a publication. The Supreme Court reinforced that principle in * Chiles v. Salazar*: the state cannot strip speech of its constitutional protection by changing its label. A lawyer with Cullen’s experience should bring that scrutiny to the exercise of state power. Or else, what are we doing? We’re just waiting to blow shit up.
Good conscience demands that Cullen and his colleagues at Torridon Law put their considerable experience behind an accounting and the work of repair. Seek lawful disclosure of the rendition advice. Confront the constitutional objections. Help Boyne obtain the record, meaningful legal review, and every remedy the law supports. Cullen’s résumé supplies ample reason to expect that work from him. His return to private practice cannot erase the moral responsibility attached to advice given in public office. Boyne’s letter, printed below in full, demands that he make it right, and I endorse that demand, backed by the full faith and credit of my herd of goats and seventy-two virgins. Cullen and his law firm cronies should bring the same energy to a prisoner’s constitutional rights that prominent lawyers bring to protecting powerful clients. Their professional standing makes the obligation heavier. Constitutional fidelity requires courage when exercising it becomes inconvenient. The failure Boyne describes deserves a plain name, and the men he calls upon should hear it without the usual Beltway varnish: SPINELESS BELTWAY HACKS!!!

Torridon Law
Rich,
Do you realize the Supremacy Clause barred Governor Youngkin from issuing his UCEA rendition warrant for Connecticut’s charge of ‘stalking speech’? Your errant opinion letter (9/23) is an embarrassment to the Commonwealth, as well professional misconduct by you. I hope you are proud to have nullified NAACP v Button (SCOTUS, 1963) ruling speech cannot be regulated as ‘conduct’. Button was Virginia’s Attorney General trying to muzzle black folks Gorsuch, Js recited same in Chiles v Salazar at II (2026). Congrats! You succeeded where Button failed you nailed a white man with what is forbidden against black folk!! Equal protection not your strong suit your law firm should be proud of you!!!
You also nullified SCOTUS’ U.S. v Stevens (2010) prohibiting new categorical exceptions to speech, such as ‘stalking’ and rejects any value tests such as ‘no legitimate purpose’. As well, you voided one hundred years of First Amendment jurisprudence, recited by Alito,Js in Matal v Tam (2017) where the proudest boast of First Amendment is the ‘right to express the thought we hate’.
You really blew it! See Connecticut General Statutes $53a-181 c, d, f all being facially unconstitutional in Illinois (Relerford, 2017) and D.C. Court of Appeals in Mashaud v Boone, en banc (2023). The statutes cited by Connecticut do not exist in Virginia, which means you allowed extraterritorial operation of a foreign penal code upon the territory of Virginia, surrendering Commonwealth sovereignty to Governor Ned Lamont, a democrat, violating his Article VI, paragraph 3 oath, where he relied on signature of a lowly state judge promoting a private agenda on contrary state law in defiance of the command of Article VI, paragraph 2 a clause installed by the Framers under Madison’s direction to check judicial tyranny of warring against the Supreme Law of the Land.
The rendition demand by Lamont was non-fugitive, not an Article IV $2 command, but a mere discretionary matter for Glenn to decide based on being fully informed which you failed to properly inform our dear governor, preventing him from executing his official duties under constitutional commands. Congrats again for defeating the rule of law by conspiracy in deprivation of rights under color of state UCEA misapplication. Glenn violated his Article VI-3 oath based on your errant opinion. Your allegiance to nutmeg tyrants is puzzling, as if possessed by a dark hand.
If you have a drop of patriotic blood in your veins, an iota of integrity, you will address your error in law and assist in remedy (42 USC $1986) absent same you remain a tyrant, a co-conspirator, a criminal of 18 USC $241, a disgrace to Virginia … A RINO!
Favour of reply is expected.
