The report raises a debate: is this a new form of corruption, or opportunists exploiting desperate people? It notes that about 70% of Trump’s second-term clemency grants have bypassed the usual Justice Department review process.
**The test:**Producers had a pardon-seeking felon contact brokers Jack Burkman and Jacob Wohl, who quoted $300,000 and described pressuring the president directly.
