For federal immigration agents to obtain a search warrant to raid Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar’s home, they had to have probable cause, and likely well beyond that, as it was approved by a federal judge --- an Obama-appointed judge in Washington DC, no less. As of this writing, the warrant has yet to be unsealed, but it had to have included the particulars on what they were seeking. For now, we can only look for clues as to what those specifics might have been. They likely have something to do with her actual and listed birthdates as reflected in immigration documents.
One such clue to this is that we know Omar’s staff helped her get her birthdate ** changed in public records after she was first elected to Congress in 2018**. She, like Merlin the magician in the “Camelot” tales, actually seems to have the power to “youth-en,” at least by one year.
If Omar actually is a year older than the records now show, it means she couldn’t legally have become a U.S. citizen in 2000. Not only would that constitute immigration fraud, but it would mean that Omar can’t legally serve in Congress, no matter how warped the electorate is in the district she represents.
