Well, we did it! Our first paid subscriber Live was this week, and I had so much fun! I hope you did too. Sadly, I can’t figure out what happened to the recording.
I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, especially since I’d been talking about doing these for weeks and kept putting them off. But it was wonderful getting to chat with some of you, answer questions, and have an actual conversation instead of spending another morning typing away at my desk. Stay tuned for the next one, which I’m going to do on Zoom. I’ll put that link in our Subscriber chat once I lock the date and time in.
I’m thinking twice a month to start…I’d still love to hear what you’d like to see. More Ask Me Anything sessions? Special guests? Conversations about investigations, Jewish history, or current events? Let me know in the comments. I want these to be something you look forward to.

Otherwise, it’s been another busy week around here. I’ve been doing some serious digging into organizations, funding, political influence, and the people connecting them. Some of these investigations have turned into multipart series, and the research keeps leading me in directions I hadn’t anticipated. Some of it has literally kept me awake all night.
Thankfully, I also found time for a few lighter pieces. Jewish mothers, a Jewish city in the South American jungle, and today’s little jaunt to Alaska gave my brain a break from all the daunting, overwhelming stuff I’ve been digging up.
