In retaliation for US strikes on Iran, Iran ** launched an attack of missiles and drones** on...its neighbor Kuwait. Kuwait described it as “blatant Iranian aggression” and condemned all of the “repeated heinous Iranian aggressions” it’s had to endure, but reported that its air defenses had intercepted all of the incoming weapons.
President Trump derisively dismissed Iran’s retaliatory attacks as a “love tap.” He said, “We have technology that’s incredible. Nobody has technology like we have. So, we hit them hard last night, very hard. They gave a little love tap, but we hit them very hard. We took out all of the new equipment that they tried to build along the Strait of Hormuz, some defensive, some offensive.”
Leave it to Israel to be more blunt: Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz warned Thursday that if Iran dares to attack Israel, that “would free Israel from any existing limitations on attacking Iran.” He said, “We will cripple all of Iran’s national military and civilian infrastructure — including energy infrastructure — and return Iran deep into the Stone Age and darkness.” In Iran’s case, returning to the Stone Age would be like setting the clock back 20 minutes.
Must-Read: Thanks to social media, false ideas get created, distributed, believed and turned into “conventional wisdom” at record speed. Once that happens, they become cliches that are repeated endlessly with the people pushing them neither knowing nor caring that there’s no truth to them whatsoever. That’s why it usually takes a lot of us repeating the truth over and over before it finally starts to sink in and dissolve the fake narrative.
So we offer our thanks to David Harsanyi at PJ Media ** for digging into the facts** to disprove one of the most pernicious slanders of modern times: that Israel committed a “genocide” in Gaza.
Democrat icon Maya Angelou famously observed that when someone tells you what they are, you should believe them. That’s especially true in the middle of a heated campaign season, when untold millions of dollars are spent on ads telling us that high-tax, big-government liberals who are either outright socialists or supportive of socialists are really pro-business, low-tax, conservative moderates. Ignore the banana oil in the ads and look at what they’re actually showing you that they are .
Just this week alone, we’ve seen Congressional Democrats vote overwhelmingly against a GOP nonbinding referendum to condemn socialism. Then, House Republicans proposed a constitutional amendment that would lock in the number of Supreme Court Justices at the current nine. This would prevent the scheme that “Democratic” socialists have told us they support, to greatly expand the number of Justices so that they can stack the court and dilute it with rubber-stamp judges who will put politics over the Constitution.
The amendment needed a two-thirds majority to pass. It ** failed 212-206** when only ONE Democrat, Rep. Don Davis of North Carolina, joined Republicans in backing it.
So when you turn on your TV and see Democrats insisting that they’re not socialists, why, that’s just part of their “big tent” (it has to be big to hold all the clowns), pay no attention to what they say but a lot of attention to what they do.
Tuesday, the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement held a hearing on sanctuary policies across the US and Democrats allowing illegal aliens to get commercial drivers’ licenses and endanger Americans with their lack of US driving skills or ability to speak English.
One moment ** has gone viral** in which California dad Marcus Coleman tore into Democrats on the Committee for their phony expressions of sympathy for his 7-year-old daughter, Dalilah. She was left disabled with a traumatic brain injury, broken femur and fractured skull after the vehicle she was in was struck by an 18-wheeler driven by an illegal alien.
Coleman told the Democrats, “I reject you guys’ sympathy.” He said that not one of them who’d ever seen him in the hallway said, “‘Hey, sorry about your daughter.’ You guys do it right here where you guys are grandstanding on top of your soapbox. This is when you guys care. Right here inside this room is the only time you guys care.”
He told them that his daughter didn’t deserve this and “didn’t ask for any of this. The people that jumped the fence did, though. They knew exactly what they were doing. They still chose to move forward in that direction. And every day, something’s happening to somebody, and it is your guys’ fault. I hold each and every one of you responsible for it, and I always will.”
So there’s another thing to remember when you see a campaign ad about how much the Democrats CARE about working class Americans. If they really cared so much, they wouldn’t have flooded the country with illegal aliens who are taking their jobs. And they’d be fighting for justice for law-abiding American citizens, not fighting like badgers to protect illegal aliens who are killing law-abiding Americans.

Our standard caveat on polls still stands: Don’t believe any of them, especially this far out from an election. But we’ll ** mention this one** just because it might help boost GOP morale and make Democrats wail and rend their garments.
According to conventional wisdom, the Democrats should be heading into a huge victory in November. Their party is out of power, the President’s approval rating is low, and the Iran war and gas prices have the populace grumbling. But there’s also a unique mitigating factor: Never in US history has the out-of-power party been taken over by people who are so clearly bat-poop crazy.
From embracing 9/11-defending anti-Semites and capitalism-hating radical socialists to supporting political assassination, men in women’s sports and hacking off children’s genitals, today’s Democratic Party has become a loony bin without the bin to contain them. And voters are finally starting to notice.
A new Harvard-Harris poll (one of the most accurate pollsters) found that in the generic Congressional poll (“Do you prefer a Democrat or Republican,” with no names attached), Republicans have pulled into the lead by 51-49 among likely voters. In March, Democrats led by 4 points; by July, their lead had dropped to two points; and in August, they’re down by 2 points.
This may partly be due to the fact that most Americans aren’t political news junkies like us, and they pay little attention to politics until around Labor Day. There’s also the fact that summer polls always skew toward the Democrats (possibly to pump them up and demoralize Republican voters) before realigning with reality to try to save the pollsters’ reputations.
But in this case, we suspect something new is going on. Voters may not be happy with Congressional Republicans (frankly, you can count us in on that – Where is the SAVE Act?!), but what can voters do when the only alternative is a group of radical nutjobs who want to launch America on a suicide mission? There appears to be only one sane Democrat left, Sen. John Fetterman, and ** he just blasted the “Democratic” socialists** who are taking over the party as being “deeply anti-American” and wanting to impoverish all middle class white people.
So this poll suggests that the more voters see and hear from the Democrats, the less popular they get. It’s become an entire party of Kamala Harrises.
