Good afternoon everyone 👋🏻
Following on from my post on Saturday, today we have the important Clarity Act vote
A quick update before the vote
Over the last few days the odds have fluctuated considerably as negotiations have continued
They were around 18-23% over the weekend, surged as high as roughly 34-35% yesterday, and then fell back to around 18-20% later
The latest position:
The Clarity Act requires
60 votesto move forwardIt remains unclear whether those 60 votes are there
Current prediction markets give the Act approximately a
20% chance of becoming law in 2026
Remember:
Today’s vote does NOT decide whether the Clarity Act becomes law
It is an important procedural vote that determines whether the legislation can move forward
Simple
We wait for the vote
🕒 Vote time - 2:15pm ET / 7:15pm UK
No guessing
No reacting
Whatever the outcome:
The structure is our guideWe will follow it
