Hey friends, a federal judge just ruled that a lawsuit against Donald Trump brought by police officers and Democratic lawmakers who were the victims of Trump’s conduct on January 6, 2021, can proceed to trial because Trump DOES NOT have presidential immunity against being sued for what he did on and around January 6.
