Over the last two weeks, we’ve been cleaning out that mental junk drawer.
Part I was about getting all the crap out of your head.
Part II was about catching the extra stuff before it disappears, and using better prompts to drag out the hidden junk still bouncing around in there.
Now comes the part that actually finishes the job.
**(Because if you mind dump everything onto paper and then do jack shit with the list, congratulations. **You’ve turned invisible stress into visible stress. Cute, but not helpful.)
In the final piece, Blaine Oelkers gets to the part that actually matters:** what the hell to do with the list once it’s on paper.**
His fix is simple. Every item gets one label:
That’s how you stop the list from owning your ass.
❌ Not by trying to do everything at once.
❌ Not by staring at it until you feel worse.
❌ Not by rewriting it three times and pretending that counts as progress.
**Your assignment today? **Go back to your list and mark each item.
N = can be done in 1 to 2 minutes
S = needs time on the calendar
D = somebody else should handle it
L = not now, save it for later
Then do 3 Ns, schedule 2 Ss, and delegate 1 D.
That’s it.
That’s the move.
That’s how Part III closes the loop instead of leaving you with a longer to-do list and a shorter fuse.

Here’s to clearing your head and handling your shit. 💪
