Section 304 requires the Directors of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Central Intelligence Agency, National Reconnaissance Office, Defense Intelligence Agency, NSA, and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency to establish continuity of operations plans for use in the case of certain national emergencies.
